Original "Butchered Babies" cover. Peeled, has remnants of the sticker. Original cover has large tear in bottom left corner, bottom sleeve has a clean half split. Spine is readable, no rubbing. Spine has one open tear in the word "Stereophonic". Disc in poor condition. Pitting throughout front of cover. Ring wear and discoloration on back cover from not being stored properly in the past. Replacement inner sleeve.
