The Art of Racing in the Rain has a unique perspective - it's told from the view of the family dog, Enzo. The way he sees his family is full of love, full of heart. I thought perhaps this might be a flat premise, but once I started reading, I couldn't put it down. There is sadness here in this story, but it's sadness you'll be happy that you witnessed. I have been recommending this book from the second I finished it, it's something everyone should experience.
Meet Enzo, the unforgettable canine narrator of this bittersweet and transformative story of family, love, loyalty, and hope. Enzo is a philosopher with a nearly human soul, and he's gained a wealth of knowledge from hours spent in front of the TV.
