Chelsea Handler opens this book with a story about getting pulled over for drunk driving, getting arrested, and having to stay in jail because she was reported for stealing her sister's ID. This story from another person could have made me angry or even just apathetic toward them. However, when it's told in Chelsea Handler's sarcastic narrative I'm rolling on the floor laughing. I had so much fun reading this book! Handler is the friend that you love to hate, but you always have a good time when you hang out together. This book is definitely aimed for those who aren't too easily offended or upset by Chelsea's questionable morality. Chelsea definitely does not hesitate to discuss booze filled evenings and sexual encounters. She also doesn't pull any punches when it comes to making fun of her family and friends. I would recommend it for people who like Chelsea Handler and who value a punch line over mostly anything else.
The popular stand-up comedienne and star of such shows as "Girls Behaving Badly" and "Chelsea Lately" celebrates the highs and lows of her life, from her relationships with a series of fetish-fulfilling paramours to an unorthodox dog-sitting stint.
