"When I was ten years old, I used to run the register at my mom's independent bookstore. (I also got to read all the new comics that came out each week.) I've worked for a comic book publisher and in animation, but I guess I was always destined to find my way back to my favorite place to be - working in a bookstore. This is the bookstore that my ten-year-old self would have dreamed of, and I actually work in it!"

Meet local author Justin D. Bello at your Monroeville HPB on Saturday, June 7, from 2 to 4 p.m. Justin will promote the first two books in his Bard’s Heresy series, The Gift of the Guardians and The Blackguard’s Bond. Books will be sold independently by the author while supplies last.
